1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Komaa, a photo and video cleanup app for iOS, handles information. The app does not require an account and does not operate a developer service that receives your photo library.
2. Photos and Videos
When you grant Photos permission, the app can access the items that iOS makes available to it. Thumbnails, review decisions, cleanup suggestions, visual matching, and video compression are processed on your device. The app does not upload your media or library metadata to a developer server.
3. Local App Records
Cleanup queues, review decisions, and related settings are stored locally on your device. These records support reversible cleanup decisions and remain until you clear them, iOS removes them, or you delete the app.
4. Apple Services
Komaa uses Apple platform services such as Photos, Vision, and AVFoundation to read permitted media, compare images, save compressed copies, and carry out changes you confirm. Changes to Photos may sync through iCloud according to your Apple settings.
5. Legal Page Connections
When you choose to open the Privacy Policy or User Agreement inside the app, the app connects to the configured HTTPS legal-page host. That host may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address, request time, and browser technical details. Opening a legal page does not upload your photos, videos, or cleanup records.
6. Analytics, Advertising, and Sales
The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal information and do not use your media to train a developer-hosted model.
7. Retention and Security
Local records remain until they are cleared through applicable controls, removed by iOS, or deleted with the app. Apple retains information under its own policies. We rely on iOS platform protections, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your Choices
You can grant full or limited Photos access, change access in iOS Settings, remove items from the cleanup queue, clear the queue without deleting media, decline a deletion confirmation, or stop using the app.
9. Children's Privacy
Komaa is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
